Sahibzada Farhan's ton decimates Zalmi

Sahibzada Farhan's 52-ball 106 helped Islamabad United record their biggest win ever with a 102-run hammering of Peshawar Zalmi. Zalmi are now at the bottom of the table after back-to-back losses. Islamabad sit on top with two wins in two matches.

Farhan hit 13 fours and 5 sixes, and reached his hundred off just 49 balls, the joint-fastest century by a United player in the PSL.

Colin Munro scored 40 runs off 27 balls, and helped add 144 runs for the second wicket in just 12 overs. Even though Alzarri Joseph dismissed both of them in the same over, United kept scoring quickly, thanks to Salman Ali Agha (30 off 15) and Jason Holder (20 off 11) who helped rack up 243 for 5, the side's second-highest total in PSL.

Zalmi started poorly, losing three wickets in the first four overs, including those of openers Saim Ayub (caught off Naseem Shah) and Babar Azam (caught off Ben Dwarshuis).

Mohammad Haris scored 87 off 47 balls with 12 fours and 4 sixes, but he didn't get much support from the other end. Imad Wasim took three wickets, including Haris's, while Shadab Khan and Dwarshuis picked up two each as Zalmi were bowled out for just 141 in 18.2 overs.
