Dynamic opener Shafali Verma has made her comeback to the national squad for the upcoming tour of England. Dropped from the squads by the end of last year, Shafali has been rewarded with a place in the T20I squad after her fine showing in the Women's Premier League where she finished as the fourth highest run-getter.

The T20 squad has witnessed wholesale changes. Yastika Bhatia and Harleen Deol have all made their return, and Sneh Rana has been rewarded with a spot after she won the player of the tournament award recently in the tri-series.
