
Rizvi, Karun seal DC's IPL campaign with a winning note
Delhi Capitals defeated Punjab Kings by six wickets at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur.
Shreyas Iyer scored 53 off 34 balls and Marcus Stoinis hit a quickfire 44 off 16 balls to power PBKS to 206/8.
DC responded with a collective batting effort led by Sameer Rizvi's maiden IPL fifty (58 off 25) and Karun Nair's 27-ball 44, reaching the target with three deliveries to spare.
Despite the loss, PBKS retained second spot but need a win in their final match against Mumbai Indians to secure a top-two finish.

Powerplay: PBKS lost two wickets but remained positive, scoring 60/2 (RR: 10.00, 4s/6s: 7/2). Priyansh Arya was dismissed early, but Josh Inglis and Prabhsimran Singh got the innings going. Inglis struck the first six and got a reprieve, while Prabhsimran also found his rhythm. Shreyas Iyer ended the Powerplay with a boundary.

Death Overs: Marcus Stoinis smashed 44 off 16 balls, including two sixes and a four off Mukesh Kumar. Mustafizur Rahman took two wickets in the final over, but Harpreet Brar conceded 22 runs in the 19th over. PBKS finished with 206/8.
