JioHotstar Secures Digital Rights for India-England Series

JioHotstar has acquired the exclusive digital rights for the upcoming five-Test series between England and India, starting on June 20 at Leeds. The deal was confirmed after a month-long negotiation between JioHotstar and Sony Entertainment Network, with Sony retaining the linear rights for the series.

The series will be available on JioHotstar, with the four other Tests to be played in Birmingham, Lord's, Manchester, and the Oval. The current arrangement also extends to next year's white ball series, with JioStar set to broadcast three ODIs and five Twenty20 Internationals in England.
