WTC: A Lightweight Contest for Heavyweights

James 'Bonecrusher' Smith. Tony Tucker. Michael Spinks. Frank Bruno. Michael Moorer. It might seem odd to begin a cricket column with a list of half-forgotten heavyweight boxers, but these are some of the men who held versions of the world heavyweight championship while Mike Tyson was in his ferocious prime (and while he was in jail). It's the nature of boxing's Trump-style administration that there are at least four organisations with the capacity to appoint a 'world' champion, and the sport's splintered politics mean that when they can, they usually do.
