India Squad Update

Harshit Rana** added to India squad for Headingley Test

Rana, who was asked to stay back in England, has officially been added to the India squad for the five-match Test series opener in Headingley, Leeds.

Squad Composition

• 5 specialist fast bowlers: Jasprit Bumrah, Mohd. Siraj, Prasidh Krishna, Akash Deep, Arshdeep Singh
• 2 pace-bowling all-rounders: Nitish Kumar Reddy, Shardul Thakur

Gautam Gambhir's Return

Gambhir is expected to rejoin the squad soon, likely on Tuesday itself, after returning home to New Delhi due to a family emergency.
