Unbeaten teams aim to continue dream start

Texas Super Kings and San Francisco Unicorns face off in a top-of-the-table clash. Both teams are unbeaten, having won three out of their three league matches in the Major Super League (MLC) season so far.

SFU have lit up the tournament with explosive batting displays led by Finn Allen and Jake Fraser-McGurk, notching record-breaking totals of 269 and 219 in their first two outings. Even in a tricky chase against MI New York, they found a lower-order saviour in Xavier Bartlett to seal a nervy win which underlined their depth.

TSK's season has been more about their superlative bowling. After starting with a nail-biting win over MINY, sealed by two freak run-outs and Daryl Mitchell's calm last over, they tightened up their game. Their bowlers, including Nandre Burger, Noor Ahmad and Zia-ul-Haq, blew away the Seattle Orcas for 60 in a ruthless 93-run win in their last match and now come up against this in-form batting lineup of SFU with a lot of confidence and momentum.

It's SFU's firepower against TSK's discipline then, with early supremacy on the line for both teams.
