Hetmyer plays protagonist again as Orcas secure third successive win

Shimron Hetmyer played batting protagonist for Seattle Orcas as they downed table-toppers San Francisco Unicorns to solidify their playoff chances. Hetmyer's unbeaten 78 off 37 balls powered his team past the finish line in the 20th over.

The Unicorns started well, reaching 100/3 in 12 overs, but Waqar Salamkheil and Kyle Mayers' exceptional overs at the death restricted them to 168/5. The Orcas then struggled to 31/2 in six overs, but Hetmyer's 78 off 37 balls, including four fours and seven sixes, took them to victory.
