Stokes, Archer Put England on Brink of Series Lead

England gained the upper hand in the third Test on Day 5 at Lord's, thanks to Jofra Archer and Ben Stokes' early strikes. Chris Woakes left India reeling at 112 for 8 at Lunch, chasing 193.

Archer and Stokes took three wickets in quick succession, putting England firmly in charge. Archer sent Rishabh Pant's off-stump cartwheeling, and Stokes trapped KL Rahul in front with a nip-backer. Archer then grabbed a low one-handed stunner to send back Washington Sundar.

India collapsed to 82 for 7, but Nitish Reddy and Jadeja built a partnership to bring India's deficit below 100. However, Chris Woakes struck at the stroke of Lunch, leaving India at 112 for 8, still needing 81 more for a series lead.

Brief Scores:
India 387 & 112/8 (KL Rahul 39; Jofra Archer 3-41, Ben Stokes 2-34) trail England 387 & 192 by 80 runs
