Rashid Khan and Sam Curran Shine in Oval Invincibles' Winning Start

Rashid Khan and Sam Curran bowled 25 dots between them in 39 deliveries, picking three wickets each to give Oval Invincibles a crushing win against London Spirit in their men's Hundred campaign.

London Spirit were folded for just 80 runs, with Ashton Turner's 21 being the best effort in an otherwise sorry scorecard. Rashid Khan capped off his Invincibles debut with figures of 3-11 in 20 deliveries, while Curran managed 3-18 in 19.

In response, Will Jacks and Tawanda Muyeye gave the Invincibles an assured start, nearly getting half the total before Liam Dawson broke through to dismiss the latter. Despite a mini-wobble, Sam Billings and Donovan Ferreira saw the chase through to wrap it up with 39 deliveries to spare.

Scorecard:
London Spirit 80 (Ashton Turner 21; Rashid Khan 3-11, Sam Curran 3-18)
Oval Invincibles 81/4 (Will Jacks 24, Tawanda Muyeye 18; Liam Dawson 2-9)
