Birmingham Phoenix Pull Off Big Win Over London Spirit

Liam Livingstone and Joe Clarke played crucial roles in Birmingham Phoenix's seven-wicket win over London Spirit at Edgbaston.

Livingstone's All-Round Performance

Liam Livingstone dismissed David Warner and Ollie Pope in the middle overs, and then returned to smash five sixes in his 20-ball 45. He also took two wickets, including Pope, to restrict London Spirit's total.

Clarke's Blistering Knock

Joe Clarke scored 54 off 25, hitting four boundaries in one set of 10 balls and getting one each off Dan Worrall and Richard Gleeson. He also launched Olly Stone for a 94m six to round off the PowerPlay.

London Spirit's Struggles

London Spirit struggled to post a big total, with only two sixes hit in the innings – one each from Ashton Turner and Sean Dickson. The team was eventually bowled out for 126/6.
