Phoebe Litchfield's blazing half-century and Annabel Sutherland's all-round performance (3/20 & 29*) helped Northern Superchargers cruise to a comfortable eight-wicket win at Lord's.

London Spirit were restricted to 90 for 8, with Georgia Redmayne top-scoring with 21 and Izzy Wong contributing 24. Annabel Sutherland took 3/20, while Grace Ballinger chipped in with 2/12.

In response, Northern Superchargers made light work of the chase, overhauling the target with 34 balls to spare. Phoebe Litchfield scored 55*, while Annabel Sutherland scored 29*. Rebecca Tyson took 2/6 for London Spirit.
