Munro and Pooran Power TKR to Top of the Table

Colin Munro and Nicholas Pooran combined for 10 sixes and over 70% of Trinbago Knight Riders' run-chase, leading the team to a 7-wicket victory over Barbados Royals and the top of the CPL 2025 table.

Munro continued his fine form, hitting 67 off 45 balls, while Pooran remained unbeaten on 65. The duo's partnership was worth 134 runs, with Pooran reaching his half-century in the 16th over. Kieron Pollard finished the game with a six in the 18th over.

Earlier, Barbados Royals were restricted to 178/6, with Sherfane Rutherford top-scoring with 45. Andre Russell picked up 3 wickets for 37 runs, while Jomel Warrican took 1 wicket for 24 runs.
