Shreyas Iyer to Lead India 'A' in One-Dayers Against Australia A – Patidar to Captain Rest of India in Irani Cup

Shreyas Iyer will captain India 'A' in the three-match one-day series against Australia A at Green Park, Kanpur from September 30.

Squad Changes

  • Original Captain: Rajat Patidar has been asked to lead the Rest of India squad against Vidarbha in the Irani Cup.
  • Leadership Reshuffle: Tilak Varma will become Iyer's deputy and replace Patidar as captain in the 2nd and 3rd matches.
