Urvil Patel lit up Hyderabad with a 37-ball 119, including 12 fours and 10 sixes, as Gujarat pummelled Services by eight wickets with over eight overs to spare. Urvil reached his century in 31 balls, the second-quickest by an Indian in T20s, falling just three balls short of equalling the joint-fastest record held by him and Abhishek Sharma (28 balls). Aarya Desai (60 off 35) contributed to an opening stand of 174 in just 11.2 overs. Services' bowlers all conceded 11 or more runs per over, while opener Gaurav Kochar top-scored for them with 60 off 37.

A thriller in Ahmedabad saw Karnataka chase 198 against Uttarakhand off the last ball. After early losses of KL Shrijith and Karun Nair, Smaran Ravichandran powered the chase with 67.
