Nissanka, Vince continue Gulf Giants' unbeaten start

Pathum Nissanka scored 67 off 31 balls to lead the Gulf Giants to their second consecutive win in the ILT20, beating the Dubai Capitals by four wickets. James Vince anchored the chase with an unbeaten 50 off 45 balls as the Giants reached the target of 161 with 1.1 overs to spare.

Batting first, the Capitals reached 160/6 in their 20 overs. Key contributions came from:

  • Sediqullah Atal: 35
  • Jordan Cox: 31 off 17 balls (2 sixes, 2 fours)
  • Dasun Shanaka: Finished strongly with two sixes in the final over
