Harshit Rana likely to be ruled out of T20 World Cup

Harshit Rana may be ruled out of the 2026 T20 World Cup, which will be played in India and Sri Lanka.

India captain Suryakumar Yadav hinted at Rana's possible unavailability for the tournament.

"He is still not ruled out but looks doubtful. We will know by evening. He had a niggle during the warm-up game on Wednesday but the situation is not very encouraging," Yadav said ahead of India's first match.

Defending champions India face the USA in Mumbai on Saturday.
