Rahul gears up for England Tests with ton for India A

KL Rahul scored a century on the opening day of the second unofficial Test between India A and England Lions.

Chris Woakes took three wickets for the Lions. He dismissed Yashasvi Jaiswal for 17 and Abhimanyu Easwaran.

Karun Nair scored 40 runs. He added 86 runs with Rahul. Dhruv Jurel and Rahul then added a century stand. Jurel scored 52 runs. Rahul brought up three figures.

George Hill dismissed both Rahul and Jurel in quick succession. Nitsh Reddy and Shardul Thakur batted but couldn't bat until stumps.
