RCB Ropes in Charlie Dean as Replacement for Injured Sophie Molineux

Royal Challengers Bengaluru have brought in English offspinner Charlie Dean to replace the injured Sophie Molineux for the upcoming Women's Premier League season.

Reason for Replacement

Sophie Molineux has been ruled out of the WPL due to a knee injury. The bowling all-rounder had a strong 2024 season, picking up 12 wickets in 10 games and finishing as the third-highest wicket-taker in the competition.

Charlie Dean's Background

Charlie Dean has played 36 T20Is for England, picking up 46 wickets at an economy of 6.91. She was part of the winning London Spirit team in the Women's Hundred last year, taking 7 wickets in 10 games.
