Steve Smith to Join Australia Test Squad

Steve Smith is set to join the Australian squad ahead of the first Test against Sri Lanka. He has undergone a specialist medical review and has been cleared to rejoin the Test squad and travel to Dubai to begin his preparation for the two-match series.

Smith will lead Australia in the Test series in the absence of Pat Cummins, who is on paternity leave.
