India clinched the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 by a four-wicket margin, marking their third title win. Chasing 251 in the final on a tricky Dubai surface, India remained unbeaten throughout the tournament, adding a seventh ICC senior trophy to their cabinet.

Rohit Sharma led India's charge with a 69 off 63 balls in a 105-run opening stand with Shubman Gill.

New Zealand's spinners, led by Mitchell Santner, pulled things back, dismissing Gill and Virat Kohli in quick succession.

Axar Patel and Shreyas Iyer steadied the innings with a 62-run partnership before Iyer was dismissed. KL Rahul joined the fray, easing the pressure with a six and guiding India home alongside Hardik Pandya.

New Zealand's innings was anchored by Daryl Mitchell's 63 off 101 balls. Rachin Ravindra provided an early burst, but Kuldeep Yadav's double strike shifted the momentum in India's favor.

Michael Bracewell added a late flourish, finishing with 53 runs, helping New Zealand reach 251/7.
