KKR's Consistency Key to Success, Says Venky Mysore

The Kolkata Knight Riders have been a force to be reckoned with in the Indian Premier League (IPL) since 2020, boasting a 53.40% success rate and the highest win rate among teams that have played more than 50 games. The three-time champions have consistently outperformed most other teams in the league, with a 39-34 win-loss record across 74 games.

According to Venky Mysore, the CEO of the Knight Riders, the team's philosophy is to keep things simple and put the right people in the right jobs. "We try to empower them and provide our unconditional support," he said, adding that by providing opportunities, the team has seen players flower and realize their full potential.

The Knight Riders have a new captain in Ajinkya Rahane and new mentor in Dwayne Bravo, who have replaced Shreyas Iyer and Gautam Gambhir. Despite the changes, the team remains confident in its ability to succeed.
