Chennai Super Kings Seek Comfort in Rajasthan Royals' Home Turf
In their next assignment, Chennai Super Kings will be looking for comfort in the spin-friendly conditions of Guwahati, where they will face Rajasthan Royals. The Royals, who have struggled to find their footing this season, will be eager to turn their fortunes around.
RR's Home Turf
Rajasthan Royals have a poor record at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium, having won only one out of their five matches at the venue over the last three editions. However, their stand-in skipper Riyan Parag is confident of leading the way with the bat and reviving his old form.
CSK's Concerns
Chennai Super Kings, on the other hand, have struggled with chasing totals above 175, losing their last eight games in such situations. Their strength lies in their bowling core, which could prove potent if the pitch continues to assist the slower bowlers.
Head-to-Head
The two teams have a history of matches, with CSK leading the head-to-head record 16-13. However, since 2020, RR have had the better of CSK, winning six out of eight matches.
