Monank Patel's Swashbuckling Ton Obliterates Bahamas

Rahul Jariwala Shines on T20I Debut

Twenty-year-old Rahul Jariwala, who was once discarded from the national team, made a promising debut with a flurry of boundaries in the powerplay. He set the stage for Monank to continue the carnage.

Monank's Run Fest

A day after scoring 76 against Cayman Islands, Monank was back to punish the Bahamas bowlers. He plundered 19 off the final over of the powerplay and brought up his half-century with back-to-back boundaries. He eventually fell for 104 off 49 deliveries, propelling USA to 217.

Bahamas' Collapse

The Bahamas batsmen failed to post a response to USA's daunting ask of 218. The openers, Marc Taylor and Festus Benn, showed little intent, and the wickets fell in a canter. The result was a foregone conclusion, with Bahamas needing 176 off 10 overs with just six wickets in hand.
