PSL 2025 Schedule Disrupted Due to Indian Government Measures

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is reviewing the situation and rescheduling some PSL matches due to the Indian government's intensifying non-escalatory measures.

Rawalpindi Stadium Affected

The Pindi Stadium in Rawalpindi has been affected in the Indian drone attack, and the match between Karachi Kings and Peshawar Zalmi on Thursday night has been postponed.

Foreign Players' Concerns

There have been suggestions that foreign players taking part in the league have been jittery about the situation in the country. However, the PCB spokesman denied any decision to cancel matches due to air space closure.

Indian Forces' Response

NDTV reported that the Indian forces responded by targeting and neutralising Pakistani Air Defence Radars and systems in several locations, including Lahore and Rawalpindi.

Remaining Matches

Six more matches – two league and four play-off games – are left to be played this season. The final is scheduled on May 18 in Lahore.
