BCB Eyes Swift Return for Nahid Rana and Rishad Hossain from Pakistan

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is working to bring back cricketers Nahid Rana and Rishad Hossain from Pakistan as soon as possible. The BCB had earlier stated that they were monitoring the condition of their cricketers playing in the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

However, a drone strike near the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on Thursday afternoon has raised serious safety concerns among overseas players, including Rishad and Rana. Both cricketers are unwilling to stay in Pakistan to play further in the tournament.

The BCB is working closely with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the Bangladesh High Commission to ensure the safety and security of the cricketers. The board is also coordinating with relevant authorities to facilitate the departure of the players from Pakistan in a timely and secure manner.

The BCB is in constant communication with the players and attaches the highest priority to their safety and security.
