Shukri Conrad Named South Africa Men's All-Format Coach

Shukri Conrad has been appointed the all-format coach of South Africa's men's teams, replacing Rob Walter whose resignation took effect at the end of April.

Conrad will be in charge until after the 2027 World Cup, which will be played in South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Namibia. Under his guidance, South Africa has reached the WTC final, where they will face Australia at Lord's next month.

"I'm genuinely excited about the prospects that lie ahead," Conrad said. "South African cricket has incredible white-ball talent, and I believe we have what it takes to achieve something special."

The team has a busy schedule ahead, including the WTC final, the T20 World Cup next year, and the 50-over World Cup the year after.
