Best batting performances

Bihar broke the world record for the highest score in List A cricket. Vaibhav Suryavanshi smashed 190 off 84 balls, and Sakibull Gani broke the record for the fastest century by an Indian in List A cricket, reaching three figures in just 32 balls. He hammered 12 sixes in his 40-ball 128*, with Ayush Loharuka adding a 56-ball 116 in Bihar's mammoth 574/6. Arunachal Pradesh were bowled out for 177, losing by 397 runs.

Devdutt Padikkal's 118-ball 147 trumped Ishan Kishan's 39-ball 125 as Karnataka scripted List A history with the highest recorded chase in Indian domestic cricket. Kishan's knock, with 14 sixes and seven fours, propelled Jharkhand to 412. Padikkal carried his bat in a 118-ball effort, hitting seven sixes and 10 boundaries, as Karnataka overhauled the target with 2.3 overs to spare in Ahmedabad.

Aman Mokhande (110) and Dhruv Shorey (136) slammed hundreds in a 195-run partnership to propel Vidarbha to 382/5. However, Bengal chased down the total with seven balls to spare in Rajkot. Shahbaz Ahmed and skipper Abhimanyu Easwaran made 71 each, with Abishek Porel and Sudip Kumar Gharami adding half-centuries in a successful team effort.

Vishnu Vinod smacked six sixes in his unbeaten 61-ball 102, giving Kerala a strong finish of 348/8. Opener-captain Rohan Kunnummal made a 92-ball 94 in a 129-run stand with Baba Aprajith, who later claimed a five-wicket haul. The total proved too much for Tripura.

Shubham Khajuria hit a 105-ball 129* in a modest chase of 209, helping J&K start their campaign with a 10-wicket win. After bowling Chandigarh out for 208, the openers polished off the chase in just 37 overs.

Dhruv Jurel's 61-ball 80 shone among top-order contributions as Uttar Pradesh beat Hyderabad by 84 runs in Rajkot. Aryan Juyal (80) and Abhishek Goswami (81) propelled UP to 324/5 before the bowlers restricted Hyderabad to 240.

Ravi Singh, recently picked by Rajasthan Royals, hammered 10 sixes en route to an unbeaten century for Railways against Haryana. After Haryana posted 267/9, Railways were 63/3 when Ravi walked out. The 24-year-old remained unbeaten on 109 to guide his team to victory.

A double century from Odisha's Swastik Samal went in vain as Saurashtra chased down 346. Samal smashed 212 and Biplab Samantray hit an unbeaten 100 in Odisha's 345/6. Saurashtra recovered from 80/3, with Sammar Gajjar unbeaten on 132 and Chirag Jani making 86 off 55 balls, winning with seven balls to spare.

Rohit Sharma lit up the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur with a swashbuckling 155 off 94 balls, including nine sixes, as Mumbai chased down Sikkim's 236 with almost 20 overs to spare.

Punjab's ferocious batting lineup stood tall to kick off their campaign with a victory. Abhishek Sharma and Prabhsimran Singh shared a century stand, with Anmolpreet Singh and Naman Dhir powering them to 347/6. Naman Dhir fell three short of a century. Despite Prithvi Shaw's start for Maharashtra, their innings fizzled after Ruturaj Gaikwad departed for 1. Ramakrishna Ghosh made 73 but only reduced the margin of defeat.

Best bowling performances

Gurjapneet Singh's four-wicket haul was instrumental in Tamil Nadu's win over Puducherry. Half-centuries from Pradosh Paul and N Jagadeesan helped TN post 310/7. Puducherry were 146/2 when Gurjapneet struck in succession to turn the game, finishing with four wickets as they fell short by 101 runs.

Arzan Nagwaswalla's four-wicket haul and Ravi Bishnoi's three-fer helped Gujarat swat aside Services in Alur. Nagwaswalla reduced Services to 17/3 before Bishnoi struck in the middle order. Services folded for 184, and Gujarat chased it down in the 35th over to win by 8 wickets.

A fantastic century from Ricky Bhui was overshadowed by Virat Kohli's 58th List A century as Delhi beat Andhra by four wickets. Kohli passed 16,000 List A runs in the chase. The victory was set up by pacer Simarjeet Singh, who took a five-wicket haul, dismissing KS Bharat, Nitish Reddy, centurion Bhui, and two more in the final over.

V Koushik and Deepraj Gaonkar picked up four wickets apiece in Goa's win over Chhattisgarh. Amandeep Khare stood tall for Chhattisgarh, but regular wickets restricted them to 233. Snehal Kauthankar then hit an unbeaten century to seal the win for Goa with almost six overs to spare.
