India's white-ball tour of Bangladesh rescheduled to September 2026

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) announced on Friday that India will tour Bangladesh for a three-match ODI series and a three-match T20I series in August-September 2026.

India is scheduled to arrive on August 28. The ODIs will be played on September 1, 3, and 6. The T20Is will follow on September 9, 12, and 13.

The BCB released Bangladesh's full 2026 home international schedule, which includes bilateral series against Pakistan, New Zealand, India, Australia, and West Indies across all formats.

2026 Bangladesh Home Schedule:

  • Pakistan Tour (March): Three ODIs between March 12-16.
  • New Zealand Tour (April-May): Three ODIs starting April 17, followed by three T20Is from April 27 to May 2.
  • Pakistan Tour (May): Two Test matches (ICC World Test Championship) from May 8-12 and May 16-20.
  • Australia Tour (June): Three ODIs beginning June 5, followed by three T20Is between June 15-20.
  • India Tour (August-September): Three ODIs and three T20Is as detailed.
  • West Indies Tour (October-November): A two-match Test series (ICC World Test Championship). A warm-up match is scheduled for October 22-24. The first Test is from October 28-November 1, and the second from November 5-9.

Additionally, Sri Lanka A will tour in May 2026 for two four-day matches and three one-day games against Bangladesh A.
