MI Sign Bairstow, Gleeson, and Asalanka as Replacements

Mumbai Indians have signed Jonny Bairstow, Richard Gleeson, and Charith Asalanka as temporary replacements for Will Jacks, Ryan Rickelton, and Corbin Bosch. The replacement players will be available only if MI advance to the playoffs.

• Jonny Bairstow will join at a price of ₹5.25 crore, replacing Will Jacks, who will be part of England's white-ball squad for the limited-overs series against the West Indies.
• Richard Gleeson will join at a reserve price of ₹1 crore, replacing Ryan Rickelton, who will be leaving for ICC World Test Championship duties.
• Charith Asalanka will join at a reserve price of ₹75 lakhs, replacing Corbin Bosch, who is named in South Africa's squad for the WTC final at Lord's.
