India A finished the second unofficial Test against England Lions in Northampton with a positive note, scoring 417 for 7 declared.

Tanush Kotian and Anshul Kamboj shared a 149-run stand for the eighth wicket, with Kotian scoring 90* and Kamboj scoring 51*. The two batters frustrated the England Lions bowlers, finding boundaries at regular intervals.

Kotian got to his 50 off just 60 balls, and Kamboj scored his 50 on the stroke of Tea. India declared their innings after Tea, with Kamboj picking up two wickets in the final hour of play.
