BCB calls off Tuesday's BPL matches following Khaleda Zia's death

The Bangladesh Cricket Board has cancelled the double-header of Bangladesh Premier League matches scheduled for Tuesday, December 30.

This decision was made as a mark of respect for former Bangladesh Prime Minister Khaleda Zia, who passed away early Tuesday.

The affected matches are:

  • Sylhet Titans vs Chattogram Royals
  • Dhaka Capitals vs Rangpur Riders

These games have been rescheduled, with the BCB to announce the revised dates in due course.

The BPL began on December 26 and is scheduled to run until January 23.
