Twelve international captains have made a fervent plea to the Pakistan Government for better treatment of Imran Khan. The joint statement, released to select media outlets including Cricbuzz, is an appeal for the former World Cup-winning captain, who has been imprisoned with no information on his health or wellbeing. Greg Chappell, a former Australia captain and former India coach, is one of the 12 signatories.
