Australia to tour Pakistan for three ODIs in May-June

Australia tour of Pakistan, 2026

Australia are set to tour Pakistan for a three-match ODI series starting May 30. The touring party will arrive in Islamabad on May 23 ahead of the opening ODI in Rawalpindi, while the second and third games will be played at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on June 2 and 4 respectively.

Australia last toured Pakistan in January for a three-match T20I series. They also played all three of their Champions Trophy 2025 group-stage fixtures in Pakistan, although two were washed out.

With the series set to begin around the conclusion of the IPL, the availability of several senior Australian players, including captain Pat Cummins, remains uncertain.

This will be Australia's first ODI assignment since their home series against India last October. They will subsequently travel to Bangladesh for an all-format tour beginning June 9.

Pakistan most recently suffered a 2-1 ODI series defeat in Bangladesh. Following the conclusion of the PSL, they are set to return to Bangladesh for a two-Test series.
