Zimbabwe will host Bangladesh for a full series, starting next month, Zimbabwe Cricket confirmed on Friday. The two teams will play one Test, three ODIs and three T20Is across two venues.
Bangladesh will first play a one-off Test match, starting on June 28 in Harare. The teams will then be involved in a three-match ODI series scheduled on July 6, 9 and 11 at the same venue.
Following the ODIs, the teams will travel to Bulawayo for the three T20Is, scheduled for July 15, 17 and 19. This will be Zimbabwe's first international assignment since their impressive T20 World Cup campaign, where they reached the Super Eights for the first time.
"We are delighted to confirm Bangladesh's tour of Zimbabwe for what we expect to be a highly competitive and exciting series across all formats," ZC Managing Director Givemore Makoni said. "This tour is hugely significant for us as it marks the return of top-level international cricket to our home venues following the team's outstanding performances at the ICC Men's T20 World Cup earlier this year."
