Gill, Sudharsan power GT to record IPL playoffs chase

Gill and Sudharsan extend their imperious run
11 century stands between Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan in just 48 innings – the most by a pair in Men's T20 cricket. They surpassed Chris Gayle and Virat Kohli (63 innings), Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan (75 innings), and Kohli and AB de Villiers (77 innings), who each had ten.
167 runs added by the GT openers made it the highest ever stand in IPL playoffs, bettering 159 between Michael Hussey and Murali Vijay for CSK against RCB in the 2011 final.
These two have become the only pair to put on two century stands in IPL playoffs.
