Pakistan women to tour Sri Lanka for white-ball series in July-August
The Pakistan Women's team will tour Sri Lanka for a white-ball series in July and August 2026, Sri Lanka Cricket confirmed on Wednesday. The tour will consist of three ODIs and as many T20Is, set to take place soon after the Women's T20 World Cup in the UK.
The ODIs will be part of the ongoing 2025-29 cycle of the ICC Women's Championship. Pakistan are currently second in the standings with eight points, having won four of their six matches so far. Sri Lanka are ranked third with four wins, two losses and as many points.
Both series will be held at the Mahinda Rajapaksa International Cricket Stadium, Hambantota. The ODIs are scheduled for July 23, 25 and 28, while the T20Is will be held on July 31, August 2 and August 4.
In head-to-head matches, Pakistan and Sri Lanka have played 21 T20Is, with Pakistan winning 11, Sri Lanka nine, and one no result.
In ODIs, Pakistan and Sri Lanka have played 34 matches, with Sri Lanka winning 22, Pakistan winning 11, and one no-result.
