• Litton Kumar Das – ruled out of the tri‑nation series (Bangladesh, Zimbabwe, Afghanistan) after failing a fitness test. MRI revealed a right‑hip problem; he will miss the remainder of the tournament.

• ODI captaincy – Vice‑captain Towhid Hridoy will lead Bangladesh in Das’s absence.

• Mehidy Hasan Miraz – currently sidelined with a three‑day fever. Not ruled out; expected to return if his condition improves before the series ends.
